1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the eg88 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, you agree to:

eg88 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC checks may be restricted or closed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

eg88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the eg88 wallet within 30 seconds of a successful transaction. eg88 does not charge any processing fee on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours under normal operating conditions. eg88 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

Wagering Requirements: Funds deposited as part of a bonus offer may be subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant bonus terms and conditions published on the Platform.

• eg88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Deposits and withdrawals must originate from accounts held in the player's own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.

• Currency conversion charges, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

eg88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall take precedence.

General bonus conditions applicable across all eg88 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the relevant offer. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• eg88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the eg88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, or any other wagering product available on the Platform. Product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. eg88 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where permitted under specific product rules (e.g., cash-out functionality in sports betting).
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market interface.

7 Responsible Gaming

eg88 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the investigation of suspected illegal activity. eg88 may freeze account funds and disclose account information to relevant authorities where required by law or where fraud is suspected.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the eg88 Platform — including but not limited to the eg88 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of eg88 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of eg88.

Game titles, studio names, and associated trademarks displayed on the Platform (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe) are the property of their respective owners and are used under licence.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
